Cedar Sour Recipe
Ingredients
2oz Antler Cedar Gin
1oz fresh lemon juice
1oz egg white (from 1 egg)
1oz simple syrup
Recipe
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Antler Cedar Gin, lemon juice, egg white and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Add the ice and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with the Ni9 Cedar Cherry Bark Bitters.
